So, my old boarding school is being sued in a class action suit for physical and mental abuse

And for failing to have the best interests of the students in mind. My Dad says I have to opt out of the suit by Oct 5th if I am going to. I think I will, honestly, nothing ever happened to me. I never saw anything bad happen to others except for the teachers doing the usual asshole teacher things. Maybe a little MORE assholish, but nothing I couldn't handle. The "dorms" were unsafe shacks. In the guy's dorm the windows were bolted shut so you couldn't escape at night.

I will write a statement or even testify if need be, but I haven't much to say except that. Frankly, the best teacher I ever had was there. Mr. Campbell, great guy and a good teacher. I hope nothing has been pinned on him.
