True Blood kinda fits in with what I like to read the most during the summer...supernatural books, vamps, werewolves, etc. I like Laurell K. Hamilton (she was much better when she first started her Anita Blake series) and had always hoped they'd do a series based on her books. They were in talks for a while, but it fell through. I would want it on cable though, too much would have to be cut if they put it on "regular" tv.
