These are next to me at the truck stop. That's a building that they are next to so you can see that they are quite large. I don't think that's DirecTV.

...I think, as they look too clunky to move much. More than one satellite, too. I gather that this picture was taken looking roughly east?

Looks like a major comm facility, like unto a cable TV distributor. If you have the address, should be easy to identify.
