I'm in PA and it has been a hot, humid summer. We can't go outside without battling swarms of gnats, blood-thirsty mosquitoes and huge
pesky flies.

But on the bright side, I have never seen so many butterflies! :)

3. Get a rolled up newspaper or an old-fashioned fly swatter.

You will probably never see it again. It's either that or you may learn to love it back.

4. spritz in its direction with a little windex or febreeze

that will disorient the critter, perhaps

14. Is it just me or are the flies getting squirrelly early this year?

Usually I don't see this until September...
