Picture Thread: Went sailing today

We were at our marina today to do a few chores on our boat. Our neighbor on the next mooring over invited us to a sail on his boat this afternoon.

This guy tried to catch us all the way in.. hee hee.. BTW a DU'er is on the Liner behind us on his way to Mazatlan.. I can't remember his name, but he posted that he was leaving today.

I was trying to remember which DUer was going to Mazatlan on that cruise but it was more than 48 hours ago, alas.

On edit: It was Hawkeye-X! He leaves a week from today, actually...

3. Hi Miss CP!!!

We don't look fantastic, but we do feel pretty close to it. Today was a beautiful day once the marine layer burned off. I guess that I was a week too early on Hawkeye-X's departure. Sunday is usually our boat day and around three or so that huge liner leaves via the channel next to our marina. She blows her horn and even a half mile away the sound is almost painfully loud.
