I still remember---Proper Job Instructions---PJI.

So, look up at the top of your screen. Right under the Big Board, on the same line as the DU.com line. You will find a little envelope icon that is labelled "inbox". Please click on that. Then just keep on looking and looking in there until you find the words "sent folder".

Jeez, I never have taken Deming more seriously before. (Well, actually I got bored and did not finish with PJI. Oh well.)

10. The top right of my screen shows a search icon...

with a down arrow next to it, and then the word "DU". Then there is a search box. So I type "sent folder" in the search box?
