I can see the look in someone's eyes when I've knocked the ball out of the park. There is no guarantee this man is going to cut me a check, but if he decides not to, I can guarantee he will know what he's giving up.

I looked him right in the eye and said "I go to work for my clients, and I work harder than anyone I know in my profession. I make their success just as important to me as it is to them, because if I can't do that, I can't do my job...and I get the job DONE."

11. The meeting went well...he asked for a proposal, and...

...I pulled out the two I'd already completed and brought with me. He smiled and said "Oh...you already have one." I smiled and said "Yes, sir."

So he said it will be the end of the week / first of next before he gets back to me but the meeting went well and things look solid. We shall see.
