My Neighbors Ass is not for sale

My neighbor the town cop, has a small ceramic donkey in his yard, that I've been coveting since they moved in. Alas, yesterday he told us that he wouldn't sell us his ass. He got the ass from his grandparents and won't part with it.
I've found a shop that sells simular asses though, and if I get an unfinished one I can paint it red,white, and blue.
