Skyscraper Man cited with two misdemeanors, released. :)

A man climbed to the top of a nearly 60-story skyscraper in downtown San Francisco, California, on Monday, where he unfurled a U.S. flag and was promptly detained by police.

"I picked that side of the building, because I thought ... 'no one's going to even see me.' I was hoping I could do it without anyone even knowing," said Goodwin, who quickly attracted the attention of police and the Bay Area's news media.
