I live in a "Neighborhood Watch" area.

I'm pretty sure that means an area where everyone sits on the front porch in their underwear all day listening to loud classic rock, drinking beer, smoking weed, getting in fights, heaving empty beer bottles in to the road, and generally "watching" the "neighborhood" turn to shit.

Our family got the watch on Wednesdays.

4. I'm in a watch area...but I don't think anyone walks around...

or is active in it except for one house that is the "headquarters" for reporting problems.

I know most of the people on my street, and since I am home a lot, their parents have told their kids to run to my house and bang on the door if they ever have a problem where they can't get home in time.

In all seriousness, my neighborhood is pretty nice and peaceful. :hi:
