I was on a roll.

Lost 25 lbs. after gaining weight, after quitting smoking. Dropped my waist size down to 27 from 34 inches. I didn't stay there long, but I did buy pants with a 27 inch waist. These are hard to find in men's sizes. It is hard to find below 30.

Of course this was 25 years ago.

I am now on a similar quest, post-heart attack, and have lost 20 lbs., but would need to lose another 15 to get to that. I would be happy with another 10 lbs.

32" waist currently.

You must notice how much easier it is to move when you've lost 20 lbs. I noticed a big difference just after 10 lbs.
