6. no..getting closer though...

just got all the paper work finished this week. I had to survey out a plot for the house and the bank had not cancelled out an old loan that was paid off years ago. You know how it goes. 2 steps forward, one step back. Have some paperwork at the Contractor's that I need to sign off...

They should break ground sometime this coming week and then I am hoping for about a 90 day turnaround.

We will see.

I will post pics, the day they break ground. :)
