3. I LOVE okra - especially pickled okra - yum, yum, yum.

If you're going to cook with it, make sure it is fresh and you have to cook it right. For soup, that isn't really difficult. Steamed is excellent, especially with feta cheese crumbled over it. Fried is traditional but I think it detracts from the flavor.
