4. do you have it on a back up battery?

if not, your electricity may have blinked off and it shut down

I have a combo surge protector and back up battery - the battery died and I haven't replaced it yet so this year when the lightening is popping if I don't get it turned off quickly it sometimes gets turned off by the electricity "blink" that may not even stop the electric clocks or the radio.
