I wish more people were like me and didn't use washroom stalls unless....
The washroom was completely empty. I hate using stalls in general and will usually hold until O get home if I can. But, just now I was in the washroom, it seemed safe so I went for it. Then some guy comes in and uses the stall next to me. It was a nightmare, I had to abort the operation and head back to my desk. I just can't go if someone is next to me, so if I walk into the washroom and someone is there, I pull a u-turn and wait.

How come we've never figured out the GREAT idea of individual rooms for public toilets? Or at least stalls that go right to the floor and ceiling?

2. Maybe therapy would help...
I discovered a long time ago that EVERYONE has to go to the bathroom at some point. I don't really give a poop what the ladies in the stall next to me are doing as long as they wash their hands when they are done. :)

3. You should start relieving yourself in the broom closet
With the door closed, you'll be effectively isolated from those discourteously defecating coworkers.

4. Easy solution...Next time put "Out of Order" signs on all the open stalls.

5. When I was in Kuwait, all the stall doors were real doors
It was great. Don't know why they don't do this here in the US. I also hate to go when others are in the bathroom.

Except at LOWE's. They have awesome huge bathrooms. There are about 25 stalls and several handicapped stalls - lots of room. No one can hear what you're doing!!

7. This is why I would never have lasted 5 minutes in the army.
Getting shot at is bad enough, but THIS is inhuman:

The troughs at Wrigley Field are as close as I ever want to come to this sort of thing.

8. When I was in Air Force basic training I would wait
till everyone was asleep and then go take care of business. Of course the latrine had been scrubbed down for the day. so I made sure I left it sqeaky clean. After a while you get used to it, but if I don't have to, I don't use public bathrooms for nothing but number 1.

9. Never used a latrine like that in the Army
Always had a stall.

But yeah, toilets like that are inhumane and if my basic training building had bathrooms set up like that, I probably would of gone AWOL as soon as I could.

10. I used to think the same way....
If two people were using (different) stalls at the same time, it seemed like a test of wills as to who could hold it in the longest until the other was done.

Then I graduated from high school and had to share a bathroom of 6 or 8 stalls with 40 or so other people.
I stopped caring who heard whatever noises I was making, and I didn't care what noises they made wither.
