4. It's a bad day with long-term implications, which is what is making it so spectacularly crappy. But

you are right; bad days end and something good (even if it's not the something I wanted) will come along and things will look better to me again.

I just need to adjust my attitude and think about what I need and not what I want. The need may be fill-able whereas it's the want that seems to be vanishing into smoke. :pout: (and I guess even then, it's not really a need. Things really could stay the way they are if they had to. I don't want them to, but they could.)
