Poll question: Which of my all-time favorite movies do you like?
I've got fairly varied and eclectic taste, I think. How about you?

2. I would hazard you also like...
life less ordinary, waiting for guffman, suicide kings, flash gordon (funniest, campiest movie of all time), and run lola run.

they all look like your taste and I recommend them highly.

3. Waiting for Guffman was horrible
Talk about an overdone, overrated style of movie.

10. I can see that
It's always funnier if you can relate. I didn't do all that much theatre, so I guess it just doesn't resonate with me.

5. Thanks - I like most of your choices
I forgot about Run, Lola, Run - it should have been on my list!
I liked Suicide Kings and Flash, but not Life Less Ordinary. Haven't seen Guffman.

I guess no one likes musicals / opera here!

14. it's maybe my favorite Jarmusch
I also like Ghost Dog.

My wife though is cold to Dead Man, even though she adores Depp, likes Jarmusch, and she tends to like these people are already dead aren't they movies (Humanite, Waking Life....). So like she'll watch Mystery Train over and over, and insist that Night on Earth has cinematic worth, but Dead Man just turns her off.

Eerie.

13. Chose Aliens, but its not one of my top 10
Ran, Dark City, and LOTR are the reigning triumvirate in my little world.

15. Lock Stock... but...
Carlos Saura's "Carmen" is one of my all time favorites.
If you've not seen it you might want to check it out.

17. Lock, Stock is my choice among your movies.
Also liked Priscilla. I tend to like quirky movies too, but I guess they're different quirky movies than you like.
