Need some vibes! :^D
My eldest is a 7th grader and is driving out of state tomorrow with some other students who are part of an environmental/animal awareness group. He's never been this far from home before, so if you could would you please spare a few vibes for:

1) a safe trip
2) homesick kids
3) worrywart parents (like me)

Thanks! :D

He'll be FINE, Mom. All part of the process for the eventual independence and leaving of the nest.

2. All I know is his father says that if he calls in the middle of the night to come home, it will be
daylight before we even reach him. LOL

Thanks for the vibes!

3. I hope he will have a good, safe, productive trip.
It is good for his growth and developement to go away. Just talk to him by phone every night. Hoping for good luck for all involved.

4. Of course, vibes!!
Been there many times with my 5 boys. The worrying never goes away, not sure about how homesick they get - they seem awfully thrilled to be gone sometimes. Seems harder on us than them, if that makes sense.

But, safety?? Yes, indeed, I send all vibes for a safe and happy trip, and many happy memories for all!!
