only problem is they are absentee owners - live up near Phx. Did I mention they are assholes? They showed up on Friday and called to tell me what they were going to do with my animals over on their side. Then they issued a fucking DEADLINE for me to come get the 5 they actually managed to catch, which they then arbitrarily altered on me AFTER I made arrangements to PAY someone to come haul them out. Fuck them. I have one of their heifers in my corral right now. You can imagine the e-mail I sent them. (because I ain't doing the phone anymore - time to document all communications!) So polite but pointing out many things. Did I tell you they are assholes?

10. The house next door to us is a rental.

So we get a different next door neighbor every year or so.

The guy we have there now is a real ASSHOLE!! He does NOT like kids (young adults)and is always bitching and carrying on to my cousin when he comes and visits. It's ALWAYS something and he is ALWAYS drinking when he goes off.

The latest is he called the police on my uncle because he heard his dog barking. The cops wouldn't tell my uncle who actually filed the complaint, so I just told my uncle to take it to trial. Maybe that will shut the old fucker up for once!
