Just for fun: Create your own Old Testament name. |
|
I don't know if there's a website out there where you can do this, but my own way is pretty low tech:
Create a name that sounds like one from the Old Testament. Only rule: it can't actually BE an Old Testament name.
My effort is a two-fer; two Old Testament-y names: "And Heshazabulon begat Hoshesh."
You try!... B-)
The secret: lots of sibilants... :P

1. Don't have to - I have TWO OT names |
|
Fortunately, two of the less weird ones, though they translate to Baby Female Sheep and Princess.

But if I'm making one up, let's call me "Vavavoomzelah."

18. Well, Ozymandias was already taken |
|
And Bozobus sounds like it COULD be from a lost book of the Old Testament.
But I gotta admit, the Facepalm Sunday thing is like totally faux New Testament. Sometimes religious visions happen on the Seeds and Stems Tuesday preceding Ash Wednesday. Sorry.

Of course her name is also Miriam. Though many folks call her Mary. Or sometimes Maria.
