They'll patch you in to a payment representative and you'll have an open ticket showing there was a problem with the IT end of things. Demand (don't ask) that they kill any "convenience fee" type charges because it is their site that's fucked up. They will.

Just for talking to a human! I said (in more diplomatic language than this) "FUCK NO!"
They processed it anyway and without the fee. If their computers are down, they really have no right to charge you for human contact.
