Poor Red’s uses more Galliano than anyplace in the world. Their ribs are good, too.

Ingredients:

2 oz. whipping Cream
1 oz. white Creme de Cacao
1 oz. Galliano
0.5 cup crushed Ice

Directions:

Blend all till frothy and pour into Martini glass and serve excess on side in hi-ball glass.
