2. If you're an old hand, you can get most any track off of USENET
You need a news server account (Most ISPs have one) and a news reader (I use Grabit).

3. I down loaded Frost wire and now I am getting a commerical I can stop.
I tried to delete the program and did but the commerical has kept babbling along.

not really. in terms of clients, there are lots to choose from, most of them free (or shareware)

if you're looking for something different, go with BitTorrent
