I never used a memory card for 360 because I never needed one. I haven't had problems so far storing information. I guess you need them or otherwise why would they make them? So if it comes down to it, how would a USB stick work to save information?

I want to get my nephews this xbox package for christmas. But 4gb is waaay small. Right now they have a 60gig.
I have a 20gig. If I get the 4, am I to understand I can use a USB to expand the memory?
