I don't know if they are supposed to be paired or not...but it's really really good.

Have you tried "peppadew red peppers". Often found in
olive bars, they look like miniature whole red bell peppers
(tops off and hollowed) and start off super sweet but
build to a really nice mild-to-moderate burn. Addictive?

Mmmm, wine and cheese with a little salt and heat. One of the major reasons I haven't gone vegan is because I love good cheese.
