1. ("lies down") - I saw Musical Box recreate the entire Lamb tour live - will the 3-screen slide show!
They are the only Genesis tribute band that is sanctioned by all current and former members of Genesis. They recreate the shows using (almost) entirely vintage equipment, replica costumes, and props. Their goal is to make it as close to the original experience as possible. For the Lamb tour, Genesis loaned them all 1200 or so slides and they had the three-screen show behind the stage. The Slipperman costume was even more disturbing than I thought it would be.

I also saw them do the Selling England tour. That was just as amazing. They did "Watcher of the Skies" and "Musical Box" on both tours. One amusing note: At one concert, they asked what people wanted for an encore and the place was silent just as someone yelled "SUPPER'S READY!" Everyone lost it - the Genesis equivalent of "Freebird". At the other concert, they actually DID "Supper's Ready"!!!

Unfortunately, Musical Box mostly performs in Europe. They hit the U.S. about every two years so keep your eyes open.

3. "I wandered lonely as a cloud, till I came upon this dirty street."
"I've never seen a stranger crowd. Slubberdegullions on squeaky feet." (spelling might be off there).

There's a picture of it somewhere in the old Genesis stuff - a large bulbous-headed frog-like bumpy-skinned sort of creature with huge eyes and lips. Gabriel wore the costume for the song and the lead singer of Musical Box (as Gabriel) does the same.

I wore out at least three vinyl copies of that album. I've had the CD(s) for years but still prefer to listen to it on the turntable.
