of stations/neighborhoods that always made me chuckle:

Foggy Bottom
Ballston
Crystal City

If Boner does use the Metro, that's a good start. Many, many work-a-day gov't types use the metro. I used to commute from New Carrollton to Farragut North every day. More elected types should use the Metro.

Was renamed Parkington. They built a shopping mall with a multistory parking garage adjacent to the mall. At the time, that was a novelty. Then they eventually changed it back, named after the local big land owners from way back when.
