I think I have a plan for Paul's birthday...

I'm going to incorporate a few suggestions to make this happen (fingers crossed)...

I'm going to have him come home on December 17th and have a bag packed. We'll take the car to the Amtrak station and board a train to Minnesota where we'll stay at the Crowne Plaza (which is run by the company I work for). We'll have dinner from Galactic Pizza and sleep. The next morning we'll get up and head to the Twin Cities Model Railroad Museum: http://www.tcmrm.org/. We'll spend the night again and then head home on Sunday.

I hope this works out and I hope he enjoys the surprise.
