Dear Mad Men writers - pick two or three subplots per episode, please

It's getting out of hand. I'm on season three and ready to pull my hair out cause they move slow as fuck as having ten million plots per episode takes awhile to move along.

I must admit, this show gets worse as it goes on. I liked the first season, with all the infighting and vying for position within the workplace. THAT was cool, now it's just common soap opera trash and kind sucks. If the third season doesn't pick up I'm using the DVD set to shut up cats yowling in the middle of the night.

1. Season 3 really pays off in the last several episodes if you stick with it...

...I definitely hear what you're saying, but in my opinion, looking back at the season as a whole, all of the subplots really build up to some spectacular episodes - the last 2 episodes of season 3 are among my favourites of the series.

Season 4 goes back to the office - there is less time on Don's home life, or anyone else's, for that matter.
