Two of the Gosselin sextuplets expelled from school for rage, name-calling & bullying
I guess the apples didn't fall to far from the tree. Isn't that what Kate did all the time to Jon on that TV series?

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/11/12/two-gosselin-kids-expelle_n_782795.html

Two of the Gosselin sextuplets have been expelled from their Pennsylvania private school, In Touch Weekly reports. Alexis and Collin, age 6, are reportedly being home-schooled after getting kicked out for "rage issues."

"They've fought with their peers, called them nasty names and made fun of other kids," a source told the magazine.

Jon Gosselin recently lashed out at Kate for continuing to keep the kids on television, claiming the show has given them behavioral and emotional problems--and the In Touch report suggests their filming schedule has caused trouble at school.

1. Gee whiz.. Who would have ever thought that
having a camera crew living with you for most of your young life, and having that life shown on tv & online could affect your psyche:rofl:

that, and the fact that your parents are both NUTS!

3. Children need to be children

treating them like cashcows will only make those kids learn to resent their parents for stealing their childhood.

For once Jon (the husband) is doing the right thing with trying to stop the show with his kids on it.

7. He's probably tried before, surely has tried to help them
have a reasonable life, but difficult with that b* for a wife/mother.

Noticed some time ago that one or more of the kids noticed the mother's 'difficultness.'

9. let's face it - he's no gem himself, but I think now he's waking up and smelling the coffee
maybe there is some hope for these kids.

11. He was pretty good, and had to get away from that b*, imo;
then circumstances, commercial ones I think, intervened, giving her the reins. I hope DEARLY that he can help the kids survive.

4. They probably already realize that their whole raison d'être
was to provide the family income.:(

Every child deserves PRIVACY...so that every little embarrassing event of childhood remains within the family..and is retold only to a chosen inner circle.

In a perfect world, a little child/baby gets to sleep when they are tired, eat when they are hungry, and play when they want to play. These poor little kids were paraded around like props on a stage..

There will also come a time, when they can do the math, and will wonder where THEIR share of all the money is..

The "shelf-life" of multiples is pretty short.. Lots of people ooh and ahh, and cannot stop marveling at SIX BABIES...but once toddler-hood sets in they are no longer as "interesting"....or marketable.

5. They also lose their marketability once
they start showing signs of not being normal kids, but misbehaving props. Viewers like to be able to relate others with themselves or family. You can't relate to props.

I've never watched this show. What I know has been learned through osmosis.
I agree with everything in your post. I can't imagine exposing those that I love to a film crew & opportunistic producer.

8. Poor children. Their lives have been perverted beyond belief.
It's the modern day equivalent of being in the circus, without the supportive atmosphere of the circus. The very best thing that could happen to them would be to have the plug pulled on the media and to have to live normal, stable lives. But I doubt that will happen.

10. Acting out
it's never pretty for anyone. I hope someone has the sense to get those kids to a doctor to find out what's causing this behavior (although it's probably caused by having psychos for parents & especially a mommy who sees them as nothing more than meal tickets)
