This is one HOWLING motherfucker of an album. If you're a fan...or if you just like unleashed blues guitar at its best...get it.

8. I'm a big fan of Luther too...
...the final albums he made for Alligator Records were like the final Muddy & John Lee records...good label, good production, good songs, good musicians.

3. I got it the day it came out.
It is excellent! Buddy is really wailing on it. Possibly the best album of the year.

6. Thanks for the heads up.
Buddy Guy is my man.

I was lucky enough t be hanging around his place, "Legends" during the summer right BEFORE it opened officially.

Buddy was there all the time playing for hours and hours. There's nothing like his smile that can light up a room and sitting just a few feet away, making requests and eating chicken wings and BG's own red beans and rice.

I love Buddy Guy. He is priceless.

7. Listening now! I'm on the 2nd track, "Thank me someday"...
This is absolutely classic Buddy Guy!

He sounds great and it's just the perfect representation of Buddy's style.

I love this album already.

Thanks again, man!

Living here in Japan now and it's easy to lose track...

Blues are, in my eyes, the greatest contribution that America has ever made and will ever make to the world.
