(MA was the last holdout)

Shortly after it did so, eighty percent of the traffic lights in the state were festooned with these:

4. Yeah, that drives me absolutely nuts.

I HATE having to live here. They can't even put a fucking time limit on those signs.

Yeah, okay, sometimes it's because the geography of the intersection blocks the line-of-sight, so you can't safely turn right-on-red even at 2am, but in a lot of cases it's just stupid about 16 hours a day.


Fuckin' housing costs twice as much as most of the rest of the country... for what? To live in a perpetual traffic jam caused by insufficient roads, bad signage, and stupid traffic signals?
