Now, with the white hair and the maturity, I think he's one of the handsomest men that's ever been on TV. Before Keith, I would have said the best looking newscaster I'd seen was Peter Jennings.

Some guys just get better with age. Keith must have bloomed suddenly in the last few years.

He has gotten much better with age, though he does have to watch it a it -- he is in danger of porking out. When he turns sideways you can really see he is heading into Alfred Hitchcock territory -- I worry he is stress eating from all that has happened the last few years in his personal life.

He said recently he hated cats and I had read that he liked cats and the live in girlfriend had cats. So I guess he couldn't deal with cats.

Cats would be a deal breaker for me too. I'm a dog person. I'm allergic to both but more allergic to cats.
