I have an idea. Now what?

This is serious. I had an idea yesterday for a unique internet business, but I have zero idea about what to do now.

Any suggestions?

3. That's a good question.

I am prone to having lots of good unique ideas, only to do some research to find that others also had the same good unique ideas. Sort of makes me lose faith in even trying anymore. But, sometimes, I find that my ideas took years for anyone else to actually develop, so I suspect that they were probably unique at the time.

With this one, the idea itself may not be absolutely unique, but because I don't see it being implemented anywhere, I can only assume that, if anyone is doing it, they aren't doing it well. Which is usually the real issue with good ideas--how to get them implemented correctly.

I find that often the best ideas are the ones that you think "Nah, somebody *must* have already tried it and failed, because it's *so* obvious an idea!"

That's what this one is like.
