What's the best part of your day?
Mine is cleaning the horse corrals. It focuses me, I'm in the moment and nothing else matters beside picking up shit.

Glorious.

8. It's nice to feed in the evening when the sun is setting.
Of course the horses don't like waiting.

4. Cleaning stalls, cleaning the kennels. feeding the horses, feeding the dogs
morning and night. So satisfying. A job done. Many happy creatures.

Although before all of that, in the wee hours at home, I settle on the couch with a hot cup of coffee while my own dogs eat their carrots on the living room rug. It is a magical time of peace and anticipation.

10. In the morning,
after getting the little one to school, my 40 minutes riding on the bike, while watching Mike and Mike in the Morning, and sometimes the beginning of The Herd. I'm usually wide awake, and feel pretty good after the ride, I start trailing off energy wise about two hours after the ride, and then I get on the Caffeine Express.

16. That's a tough one
It depends on the day...

When I'm able to ride, on a warm day, at sunset it often feels perfect..

especially this time of the year. They say that is a dangerous time of the day to ride, but it's still my favorite time...

especially when a sunset is colorful and wispy clouds seem to dance through hues of pink and blue.

sigh

18. After dinner, the kitchen's cleaned up, and I'm here...
No responsibilities, just the sheer pleasure of sitting here, talking to my friends, writing poetry, or my next paper for school, listening to music via my computer...

I am so happy at that time...

19. I don't have a best part, nor even a better part.
Accepting something as good, or an ok part of a day, would be allowing some prescribed allowed acceptable thing to replace what is correct and due.

So I do not accept a 'better part of a day' since many times it is an attempt to try to get someone to follow some other path by giving some 'enjoyment' outside of what is their due down some trainable path.

However that does not hold anything against those that give joy to many, but only a form of anything unacceptable is the same as anything else unacceptable, and a choice.

And no it is not bitterness, saying it is bitterness is a defense mechanism for those that know they are doing far more wrong then they admit.
