1. Call it - then you can listen for the ring
and follow the ring to where it is hiding.

4. well you ask a trusted DUer to call it for you
and you do that via pmail

unless of course you have a cell phone that responds when you whistle - I used to have that on my car keys because I always lost them.

8. Say this rhyme
"Tony, Tony look around - somethings lost and cannot be found." as you walk around the house trying to find it.

St. Anthony is the patron saint of lost things - he likes the rhyme - he'll help you find it.

(It has always worked for me - my aunt taught me that one.)

3. There's a website for that...
Which has helped me find mine..I don't have a landline so it's the only way to call my cellphone to listen for the ring!

5. Thanks but, it is not within hearing distance. I think it fell out of my uniform
pocket at work Friday night. I have called work but no one has seen it. I am hoping that someone turned it into the Front Office which is locked for the weekend. Hopefully, the secretary will have it when I go to work tomorrow.

shit, this sucks.

thanks for the link, though.

7. Clever idea! Funny that there's a 'remember my number' checkbox - some
people must have a lot of difficulty keeping track of the things...
