We finally turned it off. there seemed to be no coherent story line.

1. I watched it off and on
A terrible portrayal of Lennon. Humorless and angry just like I remember him. :sarcasm:

3. I couldn't stand more than 5 minutes of it and those 5 were awful.
John was always "on", spouting clever one-liners. Bad.

4. I couldn't hang in there.
Gave it fifteen minutes and then wandered off into Old Movie Country. Amazing how much utter misery it could pack into a show with absolutely no drama. Surely he deserves better than that!

5. I watched it and kept waiting for it to get better. It didn't.
It certainly wasn't what I expected.

6. The PBS show on John Lennon tonight - Monday...
is a documentary of his life in New York City... which will be much better.

The show last night was more of dramatic portrayal done by Masterpiece Theater and wasn't very good.
