Hubby loves to smoke pork butt, ribs, etc.

But when in gets 20-below zero around here he isn't so eager on standing outside for 12 hours while dinner cooks.

Whatever, ya big baby!

So anyway, for Christmas I signed him up for sushi rolling classes.

I love sushi.

Now he will be able to make me lots of sushi.

And I have a solution for you. It won't be cheap, but it is well worth the $$ if you can put it together.

(Seriously).

I have one of these, and they are great. First got one when I lived waaay further north than FL, so trust me, they work well in northern latitudes during winter.

3. Yes, they are. And I totally understand. I did too.

Until I figured out that I could set this thing up, set up a the thermostat, go to bed, and not have to get up two or three times during the night to check on it. He's right - it is a form of sacrilege. But a good one. I'm more about the 'Q than the theology.
