So, I've decided to make Thanksgiving dinner at home, just for me.
Nothing grand, just something I can heat in the microwave and enjoy by myself in peace and quiet. Minus the stress, the tensions, the arguments, the harassment, etc. etc. etc. that always comes along with "family gatherings." This year, I am done with it. Going to enjoy Christmas in splendid solitude also. Finally, the holidays will be happy!

1. Good for you. And your username seems to work well in this case.
A whole lot of people out there wish they could get away with your idea.

Believe me.

Cheers!

(Don't over do it)

:hi:

2. We're staying home this year for the first time *ever*.
There were some years we were expected at 2, sometimes 3 dinners in one day.:silly:
Not busting my ass cooking the traditional TG meal either. Just thinking about it makes me feel better.
