That's when I notice the first decorations and stuff going on sale. I don't think Thanksgiving has been the starting line for decades now.

Dinah Shore. He wanted to sing Silver Bells, so they did, even though she countered that it wasn't Thanksgiving yet. I think the show was from about 1950.
