i got the chicken out last night to thaw about 9 pm. i forgot to put in fridge before bed.

i got the chicken out last night to thaw about 9 pm. i forgot to put in fridge before bed.
got up 6 am this morning, it was thawed, not warm and put in fridge. can i use it????

i marinated it for hours. cooked it really well. but i am a bet of hyperchondriac and needed to know if i was starting to feel sick. family seems fine, lol.

5. It's fine.
It's chicken so you have to cook it pretty thoroughly anyways.

If it were ground chuck, I'd be telling you to toss it or crumble and brown it pretty good...no patties, no medium-rare, no meatloaf. Chili or sloppy-joes or hamburger helper.

From Food poisoning. Monday night i had some chicken... around 12:30 I woke up and soon after both ends of my body were a firehose of the most disgusting proportions.

the marinating it and cooking well, really well. went into quesodillas.
