The show for their seating started and my friend was crestfallen -- CRUSHED
to see that their performer was the restaurant's brand-new MALE bellydancer.

He said the guy did a routine while wielding a scimitar and was so unbelievably
flexible and agile that my friend ended up GLAD to have witnessed this
once-in-a-lifetime display.

Me? I took a date once to my favorite Thai restaurant, teasing her all week about
the cute little Thai girls who waited on the customers (they were actually all
really cute and sweet young women).

Teased her right up to the moment when their brand new WAITER -- this strapping
young hunk of a Thai man -- came up to take our orders.

She held my hand and gazed into HIS eyes and told me how GLAD she was that
I had brought her there.

I'm in a bellydance meet-up group, as a fan, and have seen some fine dancers, including an Asian woman that is quite good at the tribal style. I only remember her dancer name, "Jade", and that it was her first time dancing in several years. You couldn't tell, she was that good :D

And, male dancers are pretty amazing, too.
