19. Curiously, I never liked them as a kid BECAUSE they were cooked that way.

The brown sugar just makes them too sweet for me. They're sweet on their own. They are excellent for stuffing. I bake them face down until they are nearly done then flip them over, stuff them, and put them back in to finish. The kids love them.

Actually I am making homemade noodles (I have seen it called chicken and dumplings). I am alone, can't imagine what I would do with a turkey. Even a little one!
