5. You can always just cut up regular bread

and dry it out in a warm oven. I usually use a mixture of cornbread, french bread, and a handful of crackers (along with celery, onion, stock, etc).

9. Only had enough corn meal for 1 muffin! Was so wanting to try

the recipe for stuffing baked in a pumpkin. Cut the stem top off, clean out like you would for a jackolantern, some cinnamon inside, bake for a bit, add the stuffing and bake all for 35-minutes.
But no, not this year.
