Ugh. I felt especially pudgy BEFORE eating thanksgiving dinner.

Early this morning I put on a shirt that normally makes me feel great. Even with that, I just felt bloated, like the shirt didn't even hang right anymore. When I looked in the mirror, it was bulgy and icky, but I didn't feel like changing, if I look like that in one shirt I'll probably look like that in all of them.

Went out, did some shopping, went to the family get together. I ate of course, but I was just very aware that if my clothes don't fit right maybe I should be cutting back.

Got home. Figured out my shirt was on backwards.
