Especially with Tazo chai in the box thingy that's liquid. It makes an easy cold breakfast. Plus I had real maple syrup, so it was yummy +1. And I had a bannana, and no it was not attached to a man. :P

1. It sounds really good. But I've just vowed onto a sugar limited

diet, and things like maple syrup put me into the problem sugar area.
Let me recommend on the breakfast fruit, one orange, one apple, and one banana.
Very good combination.
