I'm not going to knock her for using surrogates, but jeepers, 4 nannies for 2 kids!! Adrienne only has a part-time nanny for her 3 boys under the age of 8 AND she actually works! It doesn't appear that Kyle, Taylor (aka Joker with an overbite), Kim, or Lisa used nannies either & Taylor & Lisa both work.
