1. It does not seem so...
.
.
.
...but it gets easier as time goes by.
.
.
.
And I would think that an AMAZING motivator would be...
.
.
.
...your unwillingness to put yourself through THIS phase again.
.
.
.
Though you would have to -- as you really WANT to quit -- so you'll keep trying.
.
.
.
Think of THAT every time a craving hits.
.
.
.
Good luck with this. I smoked for 35 years and was up to 3 packs a day when I quit.
.
.
.
Sorry. Cold turkey. No magical formula/device/drug to recommend. But it DID take me
two years of mental prep-time before I could stop buying more cigarettes.

6. How much does a box of 4mg Commit lozenges cost?
I want to know because I plan on quitting very soon. I'm tired of not being able to breathe because of the diabolical combination of asthma and nicotine dependence.

7. In Boston
they cost $45 plus tax.

Equivalent of five days of smoking a pack a day.

8. Will, do yourself a favor.
Cut a straw to a comfortable cigarette length. Carry it with you. When you feel a need to smoke, draw on the straw. Make pretend it's a real cigarette. Draw that air into your lungs, and blow it out like smoke. Repeat until the craving subsides. But keep the straw handy, because the craving will come back. The good news is, it will slow down in frequency and you'll have to draw fewer and fewer drags until you're cured of the cravings and can ditch the crutch.

9. You can get an e-ciggie w/ or w/o nicotine
Mr. Yankeepants is using one and it has really helped.

Keep up the battle, Will. I am 10 years smoke-free and love every minute.
