2. Any 80s movie with Patrick Swayze in it
All were equally bad. He didn't get good until Ghost IMHO.

4. Depsite the Corn
I liked Flashdance. Or maybe it was just Jennifer Beals.

6. I remember liking it at the time.
But we rented it a couple weeks ago...and boy, did it SUCK!

What shocked me was the sheer plotlessness of it. And the lack of dialogue. And how bad the dialogue was when it happened.

I agree that Jennifer Beals does often look tasty. But that scene where she's trying to eat the lobster erotically is just laugh-out-loud funny.

5. Ghost, Dirty Dancing, Blind Date, the list goes on and on
and the whole comedy/drama genre for that matter. They were all much more paninful to watch than Flashdance, IMHO.

Actually, as far as bad 80's movies go, Flashdance wasn't as painful as say, 'Blind Date' and 'Mannequin'.

17. OK, here's what I hate most about *Ghost.*
Yuppies get to heaven, despite having done nothing to deserve it. Everyone scruffy or non-white goes to hell. Whee.

And, of course, Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore, who both stink separately, and together are even worse.

I think the Demi Moore/Gary Oldman *Scarlet Letter* _may_ be the worst movie ever made. Maybe.

9. Red Dawn - The Ultimate Freeper Movie!
Actually the movie wasn't that bad, if viewed in the proper context. Problem is the Freeps took it as some literal prophecy of the coming Commie takeover. They never dreamed the REAL enemy would come from within their own ranks.

And BTW, Patrick Swayze DID star in it

21. Hey! I LIKED Howard the Duck!
Now, "Cool World" and "Cocktail," those movies sucked ass.

Howard the Duck, as cheesy as it was, was fuckin' Kubrick compared to Cocktail.

Come to think of it, Tom Cruise's movie was really bad.

29. I'm with you on that one
that was beyond bad. Even Howard the Duck was better than that movie.

On second thought...was Lambada, The Dance of Love an 80's movie or early 90's??? If it was in the 80's than it was worse than Breakin II.

As self-indulgent and boring as a pretentious 80's movie ever got.

And "E.T." sucked a big one too.
