Tech question: taping on the computer

OK, Since I work for a company that does not think it important to my mental health that I have a computer with a sound card, I am unable to listen to Air America during the day.

I have a Mac and would like to leave it on during the day and tape the O'Franken Factor. I would then like to transfer it to my iPod and listen to it at work the next day. I know the news would be old but it would be oh so much better than what I can get on my Grundig at work.

Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

1. you need a stream capture program

check versiontracker.com they have all the latest free, share, and update ware on the web for the Mac.

3. Be careful, many companies track bandiwdth used by each person...

And many of these companies say it's against policy to listen to, download, etc, streaming audio, particularly if it's for non-business use...
